These are the tasks we trust in you:
- Improvement and development of mycotoxin biotransformation enzymes by enzyme engineering
- Development of screening assays
- Molecular modelling and structure-guided enzyme engineering
- Project management and coordination with external project partners
To leave your foodprint with us, you need the following skills:
- Academic training in molecular bioscience
- Experience with enzyme engineering
- Management and communication skills
